1. Booking

(a) Your booking is not considered definite until we receive the course payment in full. By booking a session with Luna Circle you are accepting these terms and conditions.
(b) We do not share customer details with any third parties.

2. Payment
(a) The price is the exact amount to be received in full by us in GBP.

3. Cancellation by you
(a) You may cancel your session at any time. Cancellation will take effect the day such notification is received by us. If such cancellation is made 14 days before the start of the session/event/course start date, we will issue you with a refund. If such cancellation is made before 7 days before the start of the session/event, we will issue you with a credit note to rebook the session at a later date, dependant on your preference. If such cancellation is made within 7 days we will retain the full amount paid by you.

4. Amendments by us
Occasionally, changes may have to be made to the session/event/course, which we reserve the right to do at any time. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible before the session start date.

5. Cancellation by us
We reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel a session, due to unforeseen or emergency circumstances. In this instance you have a choice to have the fee fully refunded or use the credit incurred for a future session.

6. Our liability to you
Luna Circle accept responsibility for ensuring that the sessions/events/courses are supplied as described and that the services we are contractually obliged to provide are to a reasonable standard.

7. Privacy Policy
We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the service you requested. This information is used only for administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by us to assess the use of the site. This privacy policy does not cover the links within this site linking to other sites.
